Our normal processing time takes about six weeks. Over 90% of all orders can be done in less time (two to four weeks). If you require faster processing, we can provide several options. You can choose by yourself who fast you want back your converted slides, negatives, photos, 8mm films or video cassettes.

*Working days are Monday to Friday. Processing time is the period from receiving your media to giving them out to you or our shipping partner DHL. Please count in additional time for delivery.
**Overnight service is only possible after contacting our customer service at +49 221 / 67 78 69 34. Overnight service is only available for delivery in person in Cologne. Unfortunately we can’t provide this service for delivery in one of our Access points.
Please note: Giving out after payment
When your order is finally processed, you’ll receive an e-mail with the invoice. You have to pay on site by credit card, in cash or by bank transfer in advance. Then we are able to give your order out to you or our shipping partner DHL.
