How long it takes to digitise your media

The standard processing time is approximately 2–4 weeks from the date MEDIAFIX receives your media.
During periods of hgh demand, the processing time for individual orders may be longer (up to 6 weeks). How long it takes, depends on the quantity, media type, desired quality and any additional services.

Good to know: You will be notified of your order’s status via email.

Priority, express and overnight service

We also complete last-minute orders on time with our priority, express, or overnight service.

*Business days are Monday to Friday. Processing time refers to the period from when we receive the media to be digitized until we hand over the digitized media to you (if you pick it up in person) or to our shipping partner, DHL. Please allow extra time for the delivery and pickup of your media!

Shipping after payment

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your invoice.
You can choose to pay via PayPal, bank transfer, debit/credit card (when picking up your order) or payment by instalment.

Only then will your order be released to you or our shipping partner, DHL.

When does the delivery period begin?

The delivery period begins on the day your media is received by MEDIAFIX.

Can I speed up the process?

Yes, that’s possible in many cases – just contact our customer service team or choose the processing time you prefer when submitting your request.

Will I receive a status update about my order?

Yes, you will receive automatic status updates via email.

How can I deliver my media?

You have several options for delivering your media to MEDIAFIX:
