Please note: for video cassettes with long durations, quality may decrease due to DVD storage capacity. Ideal choice for a simple, cost-effective solution.

Post-processing

In order to get the best out of your video cassettes, we recommend our post-processing. It improves colors and contrast, reduces noise and artefacts. Also the video is sharpened.

Tape cleaning

Dirty video tapes can cause severe picture distortions. However, even tapes badly affected by mould aren’t necessarily beyond saving. We inspect every cassette and, if needed, clean both sides using our specially developed tape-cleaning process.
This allows even tapes that were previously unreadable to be digitized again – with a success rate of over 99%.

Best-of video (powered by MEDIAFIX AI)

The best moments of your video
– relived in just a few minutes.
Our MEDIAFIX AI recognizes memorable scenes and uses them to create a best-of video from your converted video tape. This allows you to relive your memories often more intense than when watching the whole video. Unstable or meaningless passages are filtered out.

You also get a table of contents for your original video, including preview images, scene descriptions and timestamps.
